Level 1 — Blue (30 lbs / 13.6 kg)
Weeks: 1–3
Tempo: 2 seconds bite ↓, 1 second hold, 2 seconds release (2-1-2)
Rest: 60 seconds between sets
Week 1:
2 sets × 10 bites
Focus on smooth control; no rushing.
Week 2:
3 sets × 12 bites
Add a gentle 2-second pause at the bottom of each bite.
Week 3:
3 sets × 15 bites
Finish with 1 bonus set × 10 fast bites using Blue (controlled but quicker).
Progress check to move up: No pain/tenderness, next-day soreness ≤ mild, form solid on last 3 reps.
